The Milford Jr Spartans 2023 season is upon us! 

The Milford Jr Spartans would like to welcome you to the 2023 season!! 

football updates

Flag Football will play in the NHYFSC for the 2023 season. The NHYFSC is associated with AYF football and AYC cheer.

NHYFSC is an age based league that provides youth football at all levels.  All games are played on Sundays except for Super Bowls and Playoffs. Game times vary between 8 am to 4 pm depends on how many teams we have.

Granite State Football League

The GSFL is a Middle School football league for the 2023 season. The GSFL was formed by some Div. II football programs with the intent to provide competitive football at the Jr High level.  All games are played on Saturdays. Games generally start at 9 a.m. for the Varsity and 11 a.m. for the Junior Varsity.

Cheer Updates 

The Milford Jr. Spartans Cheer program will continue to compete in AYC/YCADA for the 2023-2024 fall and winter seasons! Program is open to all experience levels for athletes age 5-14 (grades K-9).
